About this notice

This notice covers smsmnewberg.com, the website of St. Michael - San Miguel Episcopal Church in Newberg, Oregon.

Visiting the website

The parish pages have no contact forms, visitor accounts or online payment collection. No advertising has been added. Maps are links to other websites. Facebook updates are also available in an optional panel, described below.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and website performance. Read what Cloudflare Web Analytics collects (opens in a new tab).

Facebook updates (optional)

The Facebook panel stays off until you choose "Load Facebook posts." Loading it connects your browser to Meta, which may receive technical information and set or read cookies. Read Meta's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and cookie policy (opens in a new tab).

You can hide the panel at any time. Hiding it does not erase cookies already set. A direct link to the parish Facebook Page is available whether or not you load the panel.

Site search

Site search uses public page information and runs in your browser. The search box does not send your terms to a search service.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to provide and protect its services. Depending on the security features in use, it may use necessary cookies.

See Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for information about its handling of data.

Email and other websites

An email link opens your own email app. A message is sent only when you choose to send it there. Your email provider and the recipient handle that message outside this website.

Links to Google Maps, Facebook, the diocese and other resources take you to services with their own privacy practices.
